Kenworth Standard
The Kenworth Standard is for a models with non-integrated cabs (A model, W-900, w900b, t800 and the t600.) These fit non-integrated cabs pre 2001.
The A model requires a different hole pattern prior to 1982.
Non-Integrated are very fast conversion. Just remove a few rivets and re-rivet our completed panel back on. This will only require a couple of labor hours. |

Kenworth Panel, roof and air ride kit

Kenworth Aerocab
The Aerocab Integrated sleeper removal conversion kit is just 2 body panels.
The new roof will lie on top of your old roof above the front windshield, where the cab is still low/flat. You will very easily remove the part of the roof that slopes up to meet the old sleeper. This part of the job will add a few labor hours to the job but will be well worth the effort. The back wall may look like it is three pieces, but it is just one. Using composites we were able to pull a mold off of a regular day cab to make it look that way. In the installation process this is much faster. Working with one part is easier than 20 pieces. We have designed an air ride kit to save you time and money. It is a bolt on application that you can reuse your old shocks and bags or order new ones using your VIN number.
Remember that we have a great tech support team that is here to answer any of your questions. Feel free to call.
Many factors affect the time required for installation. We believe 40 hours of labor is a reasonable expectation. All daycab conversions will add more seat room or leave seat travel the same as sleeper truck specifications. |
